Refunds

• If we have not started production: full refund.
• If we have started production: no refund.
• If we miss the 72-hour delivery deadline: full refund.

Started means we have begun generating or editing the paid files after Stripe confirms payment. The watermarked sample is not paid production.

Ask for a refund by replying to the Proofset email that handled your order. Do not call.
